The population of Bryceville continues to expand.  Currently, over 3000 residents reside in Bryceville.  As a result, a new post office is now under construction (on north Highway 301) in order to accommodate the growth.  Several new housing developments including Calico Trails and Buckhead are contributing factors to the growth of Bryceville-- luring city dwellers with the attraction of country living and horse trails.

This is where we are in the 2000's.  The farming and milling days of yesterday—have been replaced with many of our townspeople commuting to Jacksonville, Florida to earn a living.  There are a few families, however, that still carry on the tradition of tree farm and milling wood.  These are the exceptions however.  Most of our residents simply love the peace and tranquility that comes from country surroundings and are willing to sacrifice the luxuries of the city for the charm and quaintness of small town living.
