Hello, my name is Janet Sitnick.

I have been in retail sales for most of my life. I enjoy working

with people and have been very successful. Besides real estate

I have owned several different businesses; everything from a

messenger service for custom house brokers, to a professional

nanny, and then to the present where I own a gift gallery in

downtown Fernandina.

Real estate is my main interest. With the market constantly

changing people need someone they can trust to help guide
